Dianna has many years of experience in the optical field. She likes helping patients choose unique eyewear specific to their needs.

Helen – Appointments Coordinator

Helen adds a personal touch and helps our new patients schedule appointments as well as notifies current patients of their annual appointments.

Krista – CPOA (Certified Paraoptometric Assistant)

Krista expertly handles our patient diagnostic testing. She works directly with Dr. Crawford to administer routine tests for retinal imaging and visual fields. Krista has a genuine interest and desire to give the highest level of service and care to our patients.

Rachel – Reception/Optometric Assistant

Rachel is the first friendly face you meet at our practice. She verifies patient vision benefits and manages the check out process making sure that patient exams and purchases are billed properly. Rachel enjoys working with our patients to ensure that they have a good eye care experience.

Sharian – Ophthalmic Technician

Shari completed an AAS in Ophthalmic Dispensing at Erie Community College and is ABO certified (American Board Opticianry). She assists Dr. Crawford with patient vision testing and is our contact lens specialist providing a great service to our patients in contact lens ordering and proper contact lens handling.

Jessica – Optician

Jessica has been helping patients in private practice for many years. She enjoys helping patients find the best eyewear to fit their lifestyles and personalities.

Shelly – Administrative Assistant/Insurance Coordinator

For more than 10 years, Shelly has helped our practice process and handle insurance claims and related administrative issues.
